All associates are assigned litigation work because we believe that from the sharpness and creativity of thought, the persuasiveness of speech, and the skillfulness in writing developed within the demanding adversarial framework, a strong foundation is created from which our lawyers can apply themselves to other practice areas. At the same time, they are also exposed to the different fields of law practice to provide them with a fulfilling and integrated experience in a full-service law firm.

Cases are handled by teams formed to best suit the complexity and extent of the work, closely supervised and trained by partners who create the optimum environment in which associates receive guidance and instruction as they handle the challenges confronting them while providing our clients the benefit of having more than one perspective in the handling of their referrals. From this methodology, our associates are immersed in case analysis, effective pleading, advisory work, and courtroom experience, and are sent well on their way to successful careers in advocacy.
